Shipping policy

We only ship within the US. All orders over $85 will ship complimentary via the carrier of our choosing (mostly USPS, occasionally UPS). All orders under $84.99 will be current shipping rates. Free Shipping offer is based on Subtotal after any discount codes applied and before any applicable sales tax. 

Most orders are filled same or next day, HOWEVER, please plan ahead as it can sometimes take 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive to you. We are an artisan skin-care brand where all of our products are made by hand in small batches, it is possible that some or all of your products may not be in stock at the time of your order and will need to be made. We will typically reach out to you if there will be a delay of this kind.   If you are in a rush to receive your order, please send us an email at info@beautenouveau.com so we can be in communication with you.

IMPORTANT:  When you select your shipping option at checkout (if your order is <$85.00), the timeframe that is associated with the shipping option IE: USPS 2-DAY PRIORITY, this shipping time is for the carrier - this is the timeframe that USPS is supposed to deliver your package once we deliver it to them.  This does not mean that we will be able to make, package, and have your order delivered to you within 2 days.

NOTABLE: When ordering Cremes, Butter Balms, Hand Balms, Lip Balms, and/or Shin & Arm Balms, please note that there is the potential for these to "melt" while in transit during hot summer months or warmer clients. Ideally, please order these and stock up before the summer months if you live in hot places. Also, please plan accordingly for delivery if you are going to be out of town or have a metal mailbox. If products do melt, do not open. Tighten lid, shake them up, and put them in the refrigerator for a few hours. They should come back together and will still be effective.
